Sunday was the area wide and I basically spent all day there.
Dont know why, but for some reason this is the only picture I took all day.

wow. finally i get to talk about today!
it was super productive and i had a blast.
my family and I went to Travis and Rebecca's place for dinner.
She made fried ice cream for us! <3 <3 <3

YUMMMM.

then I made a mad dash to the basketball game where out school lost ):
theeennn went to Taco Time and drank from the magical fountain of soda. <3

Jersday!

Got done with school early then went and hung out with Evan Angelmann. HAHA... -_-

then worked and went waaay too late for a night out on the town with Emily and sterling Moore <3
we tried the new restaurant (and tried everything it seemed!) called Hop Jacks. it was pretty good!

Wednesday.

Aside from all of the other exciting things that happened today like ice cream sundaes in bible class...
I got my tolo dress!<3 <3 <3

Went to school, then a meeting then went to work and grabbed subway for dinner...

got a call last night that there's no school again today!

So today was not the best day.
Somehow I was convinced to go sledding.

SNOWDAY! (#1)

Woke up this morning to find snow...EVERYWHERE!

and school cancelled.

I took a wonderful voyage to pick up Maranda and went to Sterling's house for the day.
Spent the day with a group of wonderful people. <3

Tuesday!

Went to school and then spent the day with Evan Englemann and Sterling Moore!
Ev and I went to goodwill and found some nifty clothing. Then went to Sterlings.

Monday, Jan 16th

Worked a semi long shift with two of my favorite people to work with. Then went with Evan Engelmann and taped quarters to the vending machine(:

Dealt with the aftermath of snowboarding today...
Pretty positive I am suffering from a little bit of whiplash, other than that just sore and bruised.
I still consider yesterday a success though!

I was so tired that the only picture i got for today was the SUPER lame wrapper of the laffy taffy I stole from Shaila at church (I still dont think she knows.)

"Why chouldn't the skeleton add 1 + 1?"

......oh...wait...That's not funny.

I LOVED the message that I took away from the lesson today at church (and well I really just enjoy my dad speaking.)
Anyways, I have been given a challenge to show Jesus' love and kindness to someone everyday for 7 days.

SNOWBOARDING!

wow, this day was an adventure to say the least!

Got up way too early,
functioned on way too little of sleep,
had way too much of a good time,
and loved loved every second just way too much.

I seriously had SO MUCH FUN and if I went into detail I could write a novel.
This day was just too amazing.

Friday the 13th!

No bad luck here! Just a really awesome day.

School did not go by fast enough, but the rest of the day truly made up for that. <3
Hung around home, Hung out with Evan Engelmann, ordered pizza hut (om nom nom). Then Evan picked me up for the basketball game! A sad loss to Bellarmine (who noone likes anyways).

Then the night went on FOREVER from there.
Britney got to my house after the game, we packed up for snowboarding, and then went to pick up Sterling (who I now officially hate) and went to bed WAY too late.

Home sweet home!

Well, a kajillion hours later I am home! <3
I am sooo happy to be home, sad our time in California is over, and sad we have school tomorrow, but I am happy to be back in my own bed in my OWN room!(:

Today was so long...we started out on a great note with breakfast in Coos Bay with some of my favorite people ;)
we stopped ALOT after that and i got anxious to be home. But like i said, here I am...literally posting from my bed (in my room that's been untouched for a week.)

This is a boring post.

We drove all day, stopped alot, saw cool stuff.
Really. Big. Trees.

 One big step closer to home. Can't wait. <3
SO TIRED.

We all sleep under the same night sky.

So eventually I figured I would graduate from a post of what I do everyday to some deeper intellectual thoughts that I have had in some point in my life or something I have thought a lot about that day.
So here it goes...

Something I think about a lot, and every time I see it:
The moon:

I was talking about it with this pretty cool kid today, about the fact how genuinely cool it is. I mean, yeah it looks cool, but I like to think about the fact that EVERYONE (on our planet, and some even outside the planet)  look at it.
It really put things into perspective for me.
Somewhere else in the world, someone else is looking up just like me.
And a few hours from now, someone will be looking at it too.
And when I can't see it someone else can.
Someone with a glamorous life and tons of money to spare,
Someone with nothing,
Someone content,
Someone who is hurting,
Someone who is celebrating,
Someone who is alone,
And someone who wishes they were,
Someone old,
And someone who is realizing what the moon is for the first time,
Someone looking up from the middle of the ocean,
Someone looking up from the middle of the desert,
Someone looking down from a satellite,
Someone seeing it through the fog,
Someone looking through a telescope.

Perspective is always something that has blown my mind. It's always different for each person.
And clearly this whole thought process relates to more than just the moon. ...Just something I wanted to share.
Go look at the moon tonight. <3

Okay, so I need some input. I know everyday wont be super exciting and I will be scraping the bottom of the barrel to come up with a post, but I am wondering (honestly) if I should limit everyday to one picture or just to post all that I have like so:

On the way there we saw some giant bales of...cotton.
Which according to Shaila comes from sheep.

 

 Saw some cool graffiti in the middle of the mountains.

 Once in San Francisco we at at a reaaally good Chinese restaurant in the Chinatown district then walked around for a little while.

HITCHED!

Today was the big day! Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Travis Lee.
The wedding was perfect. SO cute.

 After the wedding we went to the reception.

We made it to Willows, CA (About an hour past Redding) last night. We pulled into a hotel at midnight and were back on the road before sunrise. / :
Don't count on Starbucks getting your order right when you are anywhere south of the Oregon border...


On the upside: CHICK-FIL-A FOR BREAKFAST! <3

We had a really great family day, got to our hotel room around 1 but the room wasn't ready until 2 so we shopped at the NEX for things we needed before the wedding.

Road Trip: Day 1

We made it from Silverdale, WA to Willows, CA all in a days work.
I was honestly bored by the time we hit Olympia.

Long, boring day.

Wink.

Alright, the trip got moved UP. We are leaving tomorrow morning so no school tomorrow, the rest of the week, and then Monday -Wednesday of next week.

I will keep everyone posted from the road = California here I come!

Today, I got in my car and found that my roof is leaking...ALOT.. cool right?

Okay, today also calls for an extra special post!
Today I got to celebrate my very best friend Ashlyn's seventeenth birthday with our families at Red Robin (yummm)
We found this birthday french fry that was the size of a whole potato basically, and just had a blast!

Ashlyn- You are my best friend in the world AND you mean the world to me. I will enjoy the next 63 days while we are the same age. Hopefully we can do some rebellious things together. Metro Station said it best ; "We wont be seventeen forever, but we can get away with this tonight." ; )

I am so happy I have someone like you that I can count on and I know now more than ever that you are with me through thick and thin. <3

First day back to school after break calls for Lindsay and I chilling for an hour and a half, stealing the teachers comfy chairs, playing music, and catching up on each others lives since break. Plus the sun decided to show itself today. <3

The good, the bad, and the pretty.

I slept in until about 12:50 today, that means tomorrow, going back to school, I will be a zombie until 4th period.

I spent the day getting ready for the week ahead, cleaned up my room, got my school stuff back in order, collected my clean laundry and put it away, and went shopping with my best friend Ashlyn (far right in yesterdays picture.)  I got called for a spur of the moment babysitting job witch is great since I'm not working the whole next pay period. (California in 3 days!)

Then to end the night I came home and watched my favorite show, Pretty Little Liars. <3

New years day is officially over and I am kicking off this photo journal shannanagins.
